I stopped turning rotors a long time ago but even when I did I didn't waste my time doing that. Just yank it off the car, put it on the lathe and you don't have to crouch down to do that. Turning rotors is taking off the heat sink the brakes use to stop the vehicle. What the brakes are actually doing is converting the kinetic energy of movement into heat energy and the heat has to have someplace to go. That's the job of rotors and drums. The heavier they are the more heat they can absorb before they get too hot to take on more heat. Taking metal off of a rotor is taking distance off of a possible maximum effort emergency braking event. Find out who is selling the heaviest rotors and use those on your car. Offer them to your customers as a "best option" and explain why they're better. You'll sleep better and see a good man looking back at you in the mirror.

For the cost of cutting rotors, It may be more cost effective to buy new rotors... 😳

Но на самом деле это припарка. Любой диск претерпевал местное переохлаждение (летом в лужу …) диск теряет свою плотность и при первом перегреве его будет снова кривить 🤷. Поэтому, новый ремкомплект тормозной системы и голова не болит и целая! Всем ровных дорог и добра 🤝⚽️🏁

у меня знакомый доточился, на марковнике, задний ТЦ при износе колодок просто выпал и заклинил колодки на скорости. а, марк хороший ... был. в итоге кроилово привело к попадалову.

So the rollers on the bottom of this this tool allows the suspension to articulate with the sprung weight of the car, without the resistive grip of of the tyres. Just a guess😅. Might give you better alignment results
